This elegant and distinctive wine is just beginning to open up, and another few years will bring it to maturity. The tannins are well incorporated but still somewhat austere, and its black fruit aromas are just beginning to come through.

This great, classic Médoc is reserved but enormously promising, with a finesse and freshness that will soon emerge in beautiful harmony.
