THE STYLE OF
CHÂTEAU CANTEMERLE
Always more refined than demonstrative, Cantemerle wines express the subtle diversity of their gravel terroirs with precision.

Vintage after vintage, driven by Cabernet Sauvignons from vines often over 60 years old, the wines reveal finesse, floral aromas and an elegant signature.
In its youth, the wine displays aromas of cherry, black fruits, rose petals and violet. Petit Verdot adds delicate spicy notes, like a subtle seasoning. The tannins are silky and enveloping, while the texture remains rich yet always fresh.
Over time, the bouquet evolves toward notes of undergrowth, blond tobacco and black tea revealing the understated distinction that characterises great Bordeaux wines.
Attractive in its youth, it also reveals its full depth and potential after many years in the cellar.

LES ALLÉES
DE CANTEMERLE
This wine, all in delicacy, comes from the estate’s younger vines. With a strong dominance of Cabernet Sauvignon, it is a generous, charming wine ideal for sharing and convivial moments from an early age.
Easy-drinking and beautifully balanced, it combines the sunny freshness of the gravel soils with the roundness and softness brought by Merlot.
